Purchase Terms – Payment Plan, Access & Refunds

These Purchase Terms apply to your purchase of the product shown on your checkout page and order confirmation (the “Product”). By purchasing, you agree to these Purchase Terms together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy (linked below).

1) What you are purchasing (what’s included)

Your Product inclusions are as described at checkout and in your order confirmation.

Important: Different Market Mastery products and tiers have different inclusions. Only the inclusions listed for the Product you purchased (at checkout/order confirmation) apply to your purchase.

2) Instalment plans (fixed-price purchase, not pay-as-you-go)

If you choose an instalment plan, it is a way to pay a fixed total purchase price over time. It is not a pay-as-you-go subscription.

Your exact payment schedule and total price are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation (and may also be summarised on a Payment Plan Schedule page linked from the checkout, where provided).

Missed or failed payments

If an instalment payment fails, is overdue, or is reversed (including chargeback), we may:

  • suspend or limit access to the Product (including community/tools), and/or

  • take reasonable steps to recover unpaid amounts in line with these terms and applicable law.

Access is generally restored once your account is brought back into good standing.

3) Support channels (how to request help)

To ensure your request is received and tracked, the official support channel is:

Support requests made via social media comments/DMs or to individual staff members are not monitored as formal support tickets and may not be received.

4) Community access and Community Rules (where included)

Where community access is included (e.g., Discord), participation is subject to Community Rules to protect members and staff. Serious or repeated breaches may result in restricted or removed community access.

Community Rules

  1. Be respectful to fellow members. We do not tolerate harassment of any kind.

  2. Do not spam or promote other products, services, or communities without prior approval from the admin team.

  3. Do not engage in illegal activities or share illegal content.

  4. Do not provide financial advice. Our community is for educational purposes only.

  5. Do not share personal information of other members without their consent.

If community access is restricted due to rule breaches, we may offer reinstatement subject to written agreement to comply with the rules going forward. Where appropriate, we may provide support via [email protected] as an alternative channel.

5) Refunds and Australian Consumer Law

No change-of-mind refunds

Because access to digital content and resources is provided immediately, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds.

Australian Consumer Law notice

Nothing in these Purchase Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If you are entitled to a remedy because a consumer guarantee has not been met, those rights apply.

Discretionary goodwill outcomes (not an entitlement)

In some circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may offer a goodwill outcome (for example, a partial refund, credit, extended access, or an alternative support arrangement). Goodwill outcomes are uncommon and offered only where we consider it appropriate. Any goodwill outcome:

  • is offered without admission of liability,

  • does not create an ongoing right to a refund,

  • does not set a precedent, and

  • may be subject to additional reasonable terms (which may include confidentiality and/or non-disparagement).

6) Education-only, no guaranteed outcomes

Our Products are educational/informational and do not constitute personal financial product advice. We do not guarantee outcomes or profitability. You are responsible for your own decisions.

7) Intellectual property and permitted use

All course materials, indicators, videos and resources are protected intellectual property. You must not copy, share, resell, redistribute, publish, or provide access to our materials/tools to any third party unless expressly permitted in writing.

8) Record keeping (sales/support communications)

We may retain records of sales/support communications (including call recordings) for accuracy, quality assurance and dispute resolution in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.
